Tekel is the truth. The lead track, Spire sums up everything Subtitles is about. It's beautifully haunting in the darkest of ways but with understanding of melancholy and subtle progression. The flip side, Marooned is quite possibly the most impressive drum work I've heard in a very long time. Tribal and driving. Hard as nails. It's an honour and a privilege to re launch Tekel on Subtitles after a lengthy break from him. -TeeBee
